Rob Anderson – President of State Higher Education Executive Officers Association
Rob Anderson, Ph.D., serves as the fourth president of the State Higher Education Executive Officers (SHEEO) Association. Dr. Anderson’s leadership has brought about meaningful change in the higher education landscape. He has initiated efforts to foster collaboration among colleges, universities, and government agencies, encouraging the sharing of best practices and innovative ideas to better serve students. By promoting partnerships and knowledge exchange, Dr. Anderson has helped create a more cohesive and effective higher education system.
Bob Obrohta – Executive Director of Tennessee College Access & Success Network
Bob Obrohta is an expert in college access and success for first-generation/low-income students. His 35-year career spans being a practitioner for thousands of students directly, as well as designing numerous scholarships and access programs for colleges, organizations, and communities across the country.
Adam S. Green – Chair of TCASN Board of Directors
Dr. Adam S. Green has served as the chief of staff at East Tennessee State University (ETSU) since 2019. He has nearly 20 years of college access and success experience focused on increasing college attainment rates of low-income, underrepresented and first generation students.
