Hotel Registration: You may call 1-800-336-3335 and specify that you are with the "TENNAIR 2011" block. Reservations must be received by July 11, 2011 to receive the $110/night special rate.Rates are subject to current state and local room taxes, which are presently 15.25% plus an additional $2.50 per occupied room night city tax. Note:The cancellation of guaranteed reservations must be received 24 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a charge of one night’s room and tax. At check in, each guest will be asked to confirm his or her departure date.
Conference Registration Link - The fee is $100 if registration is received by August 5, 2011 and $125 afterwards. You may mail a check to the Treasurer (see registration link for details) or bring a check to the Conference.
